The One

Five days of seven,
I must spend eight hours,
and it is far from heaven.

My heart was warm,
but now is ice,
thanks to the arrogant swarm,
I cast no dice.

My patience is tested,
On those five days,
My mind is infested,
In that awful phase.

However, I can safely say,
That my mind is intact,
And it is they who shall pay!
For I have not cracked!

For I have a refuge,
Deep in my mind,
To escape the deluge,
Of the people who know no kind.

Inside my imagination,
I can easily create,
An infinte nation,
Or even a teammate.

Pillars of flame,
Castles of diamond,
A man you cannot maim,
An onyx highland?

Planets of sand,
Stars of dust,
It's all in my hand,
And it cannot rust.

I can shine,
Brighter then the hottest sun,
No matter how they whine,
I am The One.
